စီရင်ထုံးစာမျက်နှာ၃၈၉တွင်အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဆုံးဖြတ်ပါသည်-

" As she was the only child , she will be entitled to claim a one-fourth share in the estate of her mother and her father on the date of her mother's re-marriage .xxxx She must therefore claim her share of inheritance within 12 years from that date : 9 L . B . R . 56 . "
