အမှုတွင်၊စီရင်ထုံးစာမျက်နှာ၉၈၌၊မှားယွင်းသောကျင့်ထုံးကိုသမနိကြာရှည်စွာကျင့်သုံးရုံမျှဖြင့်အမှန်ဖြစ်သွားမည်မဟုတ်၊ဟုအောက်ပါအတိုင်းသုံးသပ်ထားပါသည်-

" I dissent from the view that a wrong practice becomes a right practice through age . If the practice of the Court has not been in conformity with what the Legislature has laid down , it must be altered , and a practice in conformity with law must be adopted . "
