အမှုတွင်၊ပျံလွန်တော်မူသောရဟန်း​၏ပုဂ္ဂလိကပစ္စည်း(property as a poggalika gift)ကို၊ထိုသံဃာဂိုဏ်းဝင်အခြားရဟန်းကရောင်းချခွင့်မရှိကြောင်းဆုံးဖြတ်ရာ၌၊တဦးထိုင်တရားသူကြီး(A. R. Birks , Esq .)က၊ကင်းဝန်မင်းကြီးဦးကောင်း​၏၃၆စောင်တွဲ၊အမွေမှုခန်း၊ဓမ္မသတ်ကျမ်းကြီး၊ပုဒ်မ၃၉၄မှ၄၁၂ပါဓမ္မသတ်ပါအဆိုအမိန့်များ(စီရင်ထုံးစာမျက်နှာ၅၉၉မှ၆၀၂တွင်အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုဖော်ပြသည်)၁၈၉၈ခုနှစ်တွင်ထုတ်ဝေသောအဆိုပါကျမ်းကို၊၁၈၉၉ခုနှစ်ကအင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာသို့မပြန်ရသေး၊နောက်ပိုင်းကျမှဘာသာပြန်စာအုပ်ကိုထုတ်ဝေခဲ့သည်)ကို၊အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာပြန်ပေးရန်၊တရားဌာနမင်းကြီးရုံး​၏မော်ကွန်းထိန်း(ယခုညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်)အားတာဝန်ပေးခဲ့ပုံကို၊စီရင်ထုံးစာမျက်နှာ၅၉၈နှင့်၅၉၉တို့တွင်အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖော်ပြထားသည်-

"As the question of poggalika gifts and the law dealing with the property of rahans is somewhat obscure , I have asked my Registrar , Mr. Ripley , to translate the passages bearing on this subject in the digest compiled by the Kinwun Mingyi . His translation is appended as an annexure to this judgment."

အမွေမှုခန်းဓမ္မသတ်ကျမ်း၊အခန်း၂၅ခေါင်းစီးမှာ"ရဟန်း​၏အမွေကိုထိုက်သင့်ရာခွဲဝေခံစံရသည်ကိုပြသောအခန်း"(Partition of the Estate of Rahans or Phongyis)ဟူ၍ဖြစ်သည်။
