အမှုတွင်၊အောက်ပါအတိုင်းထုံးဖွဲ့ထားသည်-

"Civil P. C. ( 1908 ) , S . 115 - Trial Court duly considering facts - Even if its decision be erroneous such error cannot be corrected in revision .

Where a lower Court has applied its mind to the case before it and duly considered the facts and the law applicable , then , although its decision may be erroneous , that error cannot be corrected on revision."

အမှု၌၊အထူးခုံရုံးကစီရင်ထုံးစာမျက်နှာ၁၆၂၌ကိုးကားသော၊ A . I . R . 1934 Rangoon 306 ပါထုံးဖွဲ့ချက်ကိုအောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖော်ပြထားသည်-

"အောက်ရုံးသည်မိမိရှေ့မှောက်ရှိအမှုကိုဆင်ခြင်၍၊အကြောင်းခြင်းရာများနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်ရာဥပဒေတို့ကိုနည်းလမ်းတကျဆင်ခြင်သုံးသပ်ခဲ့ပါက၊ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်မှားယွင်းစေကာမူအမှားကိုပြင်ဆင်မှု၌ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းမပြုနိုင်ကြောင်းထုံးဖွဲ့လမ်းညွှန်ထားသည်။"
