အမှုတွင်၊ Allahabad High Court ကစီရင်ချက်စာမျက်နှာ၁၊အပိုဒ်၁၏ဒုတိယစာပိုဒ်တွင်ပရီဗီကောင်စီ၏စီရင်ထုံးများကိုရည်ညွှန်းကိုးကားကာအောက်ပါအတိုင်းပြဆိုသည်-

“This decision was approved of by their Lordships of the Privy Council in the case of Sundar v. Parbati (1889) I.L. R.12 All. 51 and it seems to us to govern the present case. 

In the case of Brindabun Chunder Roy v. Tara Chand Banerjee (1873) 20 W.R.C.R. 114 it was held that such an interest in land was capable of being sold in execution. 

The law appears to be that a person in possession of land without title has an interest in the property which is heritable and good against all the world except the true owner an interest which, unless and until the true owner interferes, is capable of being disposed of by deed or will or by execution sale, just in the same way as it could be dealt with if the title were unimpeachable.”

8 LBR 227(FB)စီရင်ထုံး စာမျက်နှာ၂၃၂ ၌လည်းကောင်း၊11  LBR 415 စီရင်ထုံး စာမျက်နှာ၄၁၆တွင်လည်းကောင်းကိုးကားလိုက်နာထားသည့်( 1901 )ILR 24 All 257 အမှု၌ပြဆိုထားသော-

“a person in possession of land without title has an interest in the property which is heritable and good against all the world except the true owner.”

ဟူသောထုံးဖွဲ့ချက်ပါ”good  against  all  the  world”ဟူသောစကားရပ်ကို၊စာရေးသူ၏သီးခြားသက်သာခွင့်အက်ဥပဒေစာအုပ်တွင်ပုဒ်မ၈နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍အကျယ်ချဲ့ရေးသားရာ၌ခပ်သိမ်းကုန်သောသူတို့အပေါ် ခိုင်လုံသည်ဟုဘာသာပြန်ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။

“တကမ္ဘာလုံး”ဟု literally ဘာသာမပြန်ပါ။

မြန်မာစာအဖွဲ့ကပြုစုသောအင်္ဂလိပ် - မြန်မာအဘိဓာန်စာမျက်နှာ၈၀၅တွင်”literally”ကို”တိုက်ရိုက်”၊”အရှိအတိုင်း”ဟုဘာသာပြန်ထားသည်။
